She served on the SIA Board of Directors for four years and on the Executive Board for two years and is the procurement policy chair for SIA’s Government Relations Committee.
de Sève was awarded the SIA Statesman Award (2006), Chair’s Award (2015 and 2019) and the George R. Lippert Memorial Award (2021) — SIA’s highest honor for lifetime achievement—and was honored by Security Sales and Integration Magazine for the Security Hall of Fame (2022) and named a SIA Women in Security Forum Power 100 honoree in 2022 and 2023.
