Gollotti’s extensive career in public safety includes experience in a variety of roles across multiple market verticals that gives him a full 360-degree perspective. He a self-motivated individual who worked his way up, serving as a security officer, guard force provider, security integrator, emergency preparedness specialist, business development manager and executive.
Gollotti has held positions with SpectaGuard (now Allied Universal), Professional Security Bureau, Drexel University, University of the Sciences and Unlimited Technology. He founded LARGO Consulting Services, based in greater Philadelphia, in 2014. LARGO specializes in identifying and implementing modern public safety principles and best practices in physical security, including risk assessments, electronic security systems, investigations, business operations, security personnel, leadership development and team building, emergency preparedness and crisis management, contract negotiations and project management.
A Board-Certified Security Professional with the designation of Certified Protection Professional (CPP) from ASIS International, Gollotti has served in a variety of roles, including current chair of the Greater Philadelphia Chapter, SC Emeritus member of the School Safety and Security Council since 2003, and Security Innovator of the Year recognition in 2025.
