Security Industry AssociationAs senior director of government relations for the Security Industry Association (SIA), Jake Parker leads the development of the association’s legislative and regulatory programs.
Jake came to SIA with more than 12 years of experience on Capitol Hill, most recently as legislative director for U.S. Rep. Tom Latham (R-Iowa), a senior member of the House Appropriations Committee.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and history from Tennessee Temple University, a master’s degree in international relations from Salve Regina University and a graduate diploma in national security studies from the U.S. Naval War College.

Tiffany SummerfieldSenior National Intelligence Officer for Counterintelligence
Federal Bureau of InvestigationSenior National Intelligence Officer (SNIO) Tiffany Summerfield has worked counterintelligence in the FBI for 18 years. From 2008 to 2016, she was a member of the Counterintelligence & Espionage Division’s Global Counterintelligence Analysis & Targeting Unit, where she earned ODNI and NCSC awards for her work on a priority target. From 2016 to 2025, Summerfield served as the supervisory intelligence analyst and later unit chief in CED’s Counterespionage & Unauthorized Disclosure Intelligence Unit, managing intelligence support to all of the Bureau’s investigations of espionage, unauthorized public disclosures, and mishandling of classified information. She earned a Bachelor of Science in international politics from Georgetown University in 2006 and a Master of Science in strategic intelligence from the National Intelligence University in 2012.
