Katie Spangler manages multiyear, nationwide federal contracts to provide engineering services, including survey, design, installation, integration and sustainment for electronic security systems. She has been instrumental in shaping major customer programs, developing standards and innovating M.C. Dean’s project delivery methods.

Spangler led a team responsible for a first-of-kind design and modular delivery deployment of an AWS GovCloud-hosted integrated security system architecture for a major federal customer, supporting security monitoring and operations for hundreds of facilities nationwide. She earned her Master of Science in systems engineering at Johns Hopkins University and holds CSEIP and PMP certificates.
