Nelson Henry leads technical teams focused on making everyday experiences more delightful through thoughtful product and systems engineering. With a career spanning mechanical, systems, and security technology domains, he has led complex engineering programs across defense, access control and connected-device ecosystems.

Henry brings 15 years of security applications experience, with a focus on credentialing, interoperability and ecosystem enablement. Through Aliro chair roles in the Connectivity Standards Alliance, he helps steer governance and specification development while coordinating the groups that advance an open credential standard. At Last Lock, Henry translates that ecosystem work into real deployments by leading mobile credential and PACS integrations, shaping partnerships and product direction and ensuring locking solutions are secure, pleasant to use and practical to deploy in the environments that exist today.
