Teresa Wu is a senior executive leading global smart credential and biometric original equipment manufacturer (OEM) module initiatives within IDEMIA Public Security. She has overseen a broad portfolio of advanced identity and biometric technologies, spanning cloud solutions, digital identity, identity documents and biometric systems.

A seasoned cross-functional leader, Wu drives client success across smart credential and biometric OEM programs. Her work reflects deep expertise in innovation, strategic planning, program execution and industry engagement.

For more than two decades, Wu has played an influential role in industry standards and advocacy, contributing to advancements in AFIS, facial recognition, public security and identity and biometric standards. She serves on the boards of the FIDO Alliance and the Security Industry Association and is the former chair of the Identity Access Forum of the Secure Technology Alliance.

Wu is a three-time SIA Women in Security Forum (WISF) Power 100 honoree and a nominee for the Okta Identity 25, recognized for her leadership and impact in digital identity.
