About Speaker

Derek Greenland is director of the Honeywell Federal Security team and a seasoned leader in the electronic security industry with more than 25 years of experience. He began his career as a systems integrator, gaining hands-on expertise across installation, service and engineering while supporting federal government–focused projects. Greenland later transitioned to a physical access control system manufacturer role, where he worked closely with federal agencies, consultants and value-added resellers on sales, design and engineering initiatives. He has been part of the Honeywell Federal Security team since 2017 and holds CSEIP and CSPM certifications, along with numerous manufacturer-specific credentials.
