Jeni is the Acting Director of the Biometric Exit Strategic Transformation team within CBP’s Entry/Exit Transformation Office. She has over 20 years’ experience with CBP and its predecessor agencies working on issues related to immigration, travel and tourism, business transformation initiatives and biometrics. As a CBP Officer, she had experience working in land border, preclearance and airport environments, as well as experience with the Electronic System for Travel Authorization, the Electronic Visa Update System, the Arrival and Departure Information System and forms automation while at CBP Headquarters. She has a bachelor’s degree from Sam Houston State University and a master’s degree in Criminal Justice from Boston University.
