Lynn de Séve is founder and president of GSA Schedules, Inc., a small woman-owned business focusing on government contract consulting in business since 1984. De Séve has over 35 years of expertise in the submission, negotiation, implementation, marketing, contract administration and compliance of General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedule contracts, with a strong focus in the electronic, IT and security industry.

Over the many years of working in the federal marketplace, de Séve has established partnering relationships with GSA commodity buying centers, agency contracting officers, contract administrators and government customers for multidisciplined companies. Clients benefit from her seasoned expertise, whereby on a daily basis she presents the views of the industry to GSA and key government decision makers while being on the cutting edge of information concerning policies and regulations within GSA and other federal Government Agencies. De Séve has presented at many industry events, training seminars and government expos. She is a member of the National Contract Management Association, ASIS International and the Security Industry Association (SIA). As a member of SIA, she served on SIA’s Board of Directors for four years and on the SIA Executive Committee for two years as secretary. She serves on the Government Relations Committee and chairs the Procurement Policy Working Group. In 2006, she received the SIA Industry Advocate Award for her leadership related to public policy challenges impacting the electronic physical security industry, and she was presented with the SIA Chair’s Award in 2016 for her efforts in procurement policy and support for the industry and again in 2019 alongside the rest of the SIA Women in Security Forum steering committee. In 2021, she received the George R. Lippert Memorial Award, an honor presented annually to a distinguished individual for long-term, selfless service to the security industry and to SIA.

De Séve served for over 10 years as the industry chair for the executive council of the GSA Alliance for Quality Business Solutions at the GSA Greater Southwest Acquisition Center. In this capacity, she served as both an organizer and a presenter in GSA Industry Day training events for GSA contractors. She continues her studies of the ever-changing Federal Acquisition Regulations.
