Ms. Tampathi Carroll-McIntyre is the Chief of Physical Security at Department of Health and Human Services’ Food and Drug Administration (FDA). She has 20 years of experience in physical security, with the last 14 years at the FDA as both a Federal employee and contractor. She has a Master’s Certificate in Project Management, a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Science, and is an active PMP. Ms. McIntyre has implemented diverse and complex security systems across the nation. She is currently managing FDA’s transition to the CCURE 9000, one of the industry’s most powerful security management system. This conversion includes the main campus in Silver Spring, MD as well as over 100 satellite locations.
